Hatha Dynamic is the traditional system of yoga with several dynamic sequences in order to build heat, strength, and endurance. Focusing to the essential poses, the goal of the practice is to bring about balance, and purify both physical and subtle body.
Yin yoga is a meditative approach of yoga, which targets the joints by encouraging more opening and spaciousness in each joint. Therefore, practitioners ussually feel more freedom of movement after the practice, and the body naturally feels lighter and more relax.
